Aligned Learning strategists use Abraham Maslow’s Theory of Human Motivation model to determine pertinent and timely services each client needs most as they evolve toward self actualization.
Using Maslow's model, illustrated below, our experts work collaboratively to foster a person's innate curiosity and knowledge of self, which is the foundation of self actualization. Maslow's model shows that wellness and health are the foundation for deeper levels of development. We believe a person in a safe, nurturing environment will gain mastery and independence more easily allowing one to manifest an aligned life. Our team understands and incorporates these whole-human requirements.
